Ukraine's first Olympian: 'Ban Russians from the Games'

Ukrainian Olympic figure skating champion Oksana Baiul-Farina says Russians should not be allowed to compete in the Olympics, despite the International Olympic Committee's decision to permit Russian and Belarusian athletes to participate as neutral candidates.
