These 6 plants will BOOST your food forest and attract beneficial insects!
Here we talk about six plants that we can plant to help attract beneficial insects. This video focuses on the Green Lacewing, but all these plants will also help attract Ladybugs, Swallowtails, and even Dragonflies if you have well oxygenated water nearby.
I also talk about 2 plants that are commonly planted for these purposes and are considered invasive in many areas.
The 6 plants recommended are Dill, Alyssum, Cilantro/Coriander, Yarrow, Fennel, and Daisies.
Supporting references available at www.pfaf.org for each of the above plants. Links to medical papers, peer reviewed science and research, etc.
