Russia has helped India since the beginning of space cooperation - scientist to RT

During the Indian-Russian space dialogue organized in New Delhi, RT spoke to the former director of India’s Space Research Organisation, who praised the two countries’ joint work and expressed great hope for future cooperation on space projects.
