Work in Silence; FOCUS on your GOAL

We've heard the phrase action speak louder than words a million times in our lives but no body seams to listen. When ever some one has any type of goal or ambition the first they they want to do is blab about it. What happens? As soon as you say anything you lose the motivation to do it and people start asking questions that make you doubt your goal in the first place. Don't speak about your goal. Don't talk about how you're going to do something. Do it silently in the background. Catch people by surprise.
