The Chevy Guy Terrorizes Las Cruces Parks and Recreation Workers

This 8 1/2 minute video highlights the one hour siege that Las Cruces Parks and Recreation workers had to endure while they were doing their jobs at Burn Lake Park on April 12, 2023.
These city workers were removing abandoned shelters at Burn Lake Park when this Chevy Trail Blazer entered the work area and disrupted the city workers trying to do their jobs.
In the video, I will refer to the driver as “The Chevy Guy”. This area of the park is off-limits to unauthorized vehicles.
