Staying fit and healthy is important to me as it keeps my energy levels high, helps me process my emotions and gives me a sense of clarity. If I don't exercise, I fall to pieces emotionally and mentally. However I don't profess to being super fit or healthy, I drink champagne, I LOVE chocolate, soft cheeses on special occasions and I am a pasta freak. But I try my best to keep it balanced and I always listen to what my body is trying to tell me.
