10 Signs Your Mental Health is Getting Worse
Feeling sad or hopeless for an extended period of time
Loss of interest in activities that were once enjoyable
Changes in sleep patterns, such as sleeping too much or too little
Increased irritability or restlessness
Difficulty concentrating or making decisions
Withdrawal from social activities and relationships
Changes in appetite or weight
Experiencing physical symptoms such as headaches or stomachaches
Increased use of drugs or alcohol to cope with emotions
Having suicidal thoughts or feelings of worthlessness.
It's important to note that experiencing one or two of these signs does not necessarily indicate a decline in mental health. However, if you are experiencing several of these symptoms for an extended period of time, it may be worth seeking support from a mental health professional.
