In some surprising news, Sega is looking to acquire Rovio for $1 Billion. Is this a sign that mobile gaming is in decline and nearing a collapse?

It comes as quite a shock that Rovio is values that low given it's status as one of the big names in mobile gaming. I think this may be a sign that mobile gaming isn't the powerhouse it was purported to be, and this could be just the first of many concessions in that space.
