What are the three Certainties of Life?
· Death
· Taxes
· Roof Leaks
You can’t do anything about them, right? In a discussion I had with a client last week, that’s what they told me. That got me thinking, can we do something about them?
Let’s look at how we manage those items:

Health:
· Eat right.
· Get exercise.
· See a Doctor.

Taxes:
· Set up a Retirement plan.
· Manage your holdings.
· Use an Accountant or Lawyer.

Roof Leaks:
· Regular Preventative Maintenance.
· Planned Restoration.
· Use a Roofing Professional.

Actually, they are similar, and you can manage all three.
