How To Make Rum Truffles

If you want something with Chocolate and a little Rum, covered with Cocoa Powder, Powdered Sugar, Chopped Walnuts or just Plain then you should try this Rum Truffle Recipe.

Rum Truffles
Ingredients:
12 oz semisweet Chocolate Morsels
3/4 cup sweetened Condensed Milk
1 tsp Rum
1/4 cup Cocoa Powder
1/4 cup Powdered Sugar
1/4 cup Chopped Walnuts
22 Truffle Paper Cups

Melt Chocolate Morsels over low heat, stirring constantly. Add Rum and stir.
Incorporate sweetened Condensed Milk.
Remove from heat, cover and refrigerate for 1-2 hours or until firm enough to handle.
Lightly butter your hands and shape 22 balls, 24 gr each.
Roll each Truffle in either Cocoa Powder, Powdered Sugar, chopped Walnuts, or keep plain.
Place each Truffle in a Paper Cup.
Store in an airtight container.
