This episode is dedicated to the falsification of written history. It will tell the story of the mass destruction and falsification of written documents from the 16th to the 18th centuries. From ancient times, people understood the importance of knowing the history of their nation and preserving it for posterity. However, throughout the centuries, history had yet another task. In any state, it stood guard over its political interests and, therefore, was largely subjective. Despite the fact that there are enough examples of distorting world history today, many still believe that falsifying history on a global scale is impossible. The reason for this is the widely accepted historical version of Scaliger-Petavius, on which each of us was raised. After watching this film, viewers will learn not only about little-known facts of forging historical documents, but also about the fact that very often the falsification of history is not only possible, but also inevitable.
