Memberships are live!

Memberships are now live. There should be a join button next to the subscribe button, as another way to support the channel and get cool badges and perks. Nothing changes for anyone who doesn't join up, and nobody should feel any obligation to. People have mentioned that I should do this, and I would be stupid not to, so that's why it exists.
