Full Interview with Kraig Gradowitz Owner of Signature Home Lending

Kraig has been in the Hard Money Loan Operations since he graduated highschool. He then went on to be in the family buisness up until 1999. He has then went on to open a branch for Lancaster Mortgage bringing us up to 2004 when he opened Signature Home Lending his business stayed strong during two of the biggest financial crashes. We also discuss things such as the recent banks shutting down and what it can mean for rates in the future.
