This Premiere is 1 hours long (60 minutes). It starts at 1:50 P.M. EST and ends at 2:50 P.M EST. I'm starting it at a weird time because Joster Plays is having a TiHYDP premiere at 3:00 P.M EST today as well (but his is on the Game Grumps and not Phil in his Premiere).
In this TiHYDP Double Feature, Phil plays both Sonic The Hedgehog 4 episode 1 by himself & 2 with John Rambo. Expect tons of clown mode and salt. It's also loud because camcorder, also quality is horrendous on both playthroughs. At first, I wasn't on planning on doing a TiHYDP Sonic 4 ep 1 and only doing 2 because one already existed for years for ep 1, but I personally don't like the way it is edited, so I decided to make my own version.
I also don't think Phil's playthrough of Sonic 4 ep 1 was that bad, and thought it was kinda decent and entertaining. Ep 2, on the hand, was a horrendous playthrough with awful commentary and unfunny jokes. Phil can't help himself when John is around and the camcorder is recording,
For the thumbnail, It's not related to the Will Smith slap meme, that's just a coincidence and I made the thumbnail back in late February 2022, I was reading the Archie Sonic comics and thought this panel would be a good thumbnail with John and Phil's face pasted on for this tihydp. Since this was the only traditional Sonic game, to my knowledge, that Phil did co-op with John, I figured I would never get the chance to use it.
I didn't even know sonic 4 ep2 even had co-op, but it trivializes an already easy game to be even easier since Phil played as Tails and just fly over all the challenges and warp John right next to Phil. There's death counters for both playthroughs, so don't worry, there's a fair amount of deaths in this easy Sonic game. No comments sadly, since I couldn't find any detractor comments that where nasty enough to include.
