Cease and Desist involved, you all know what that means, but MAAP Is working on it...
I called them both and left messages so I can have major face to face interviews. That's how MAAP operates. Waiting to hear, Chaplik said he will do his best since he was the chair of the hearing, schedule will be done soon. I also texted Liz Harris yesterday, waiting for her reply. Last word, Don't jump to conclusions with hearsay.... There is a decorum and protocol involved to follow and that's included as a media person, we need to be right/accurate all the time....... No room for error. George Nemeh

The expulsion of Harris avoids a recall of her in a battleground district. The expulsion assures a Republican will be appointed to replace her. A recall of Harris, if she remained, could have likely resulted in Dems taking that seat changing the House from a 31 to 29 Republican majority to a 30 to 30 tie which would be a real disaster for our state legislature, committees, the budget, etc. I expect a new appointment next week & for this to be largely behind us then.
I hope more of us start working toward the cause in a collaborative way with each other. I personally don’t think it’s healthy to tie goals specifically to any individual. We all have individual flaws, such as how some go about things, and those flaws can result in disciplinary action. The cause belongs to all of us, not any one person. Keep developing yourself to be a servant to the cause in whatever supporting role you can. When the cause is the priority over ego, there is less drama & we get better results. By Dan Farley
