HSBC Citicorp and other banks paid 546.5M for allegedly manipulating derivatives and robbing clients

From 2005 - 2011 these banks manipulated derivatives and essentially robbed investors The fact that the just paid a settlement that was probably a small percentage of their gains from the illegal activities and no one goes to jail or lose their license is appalling
