Heavy rain and hail cause flooding in Oaxaca

Crews worked to free trapped people after heavy rain and hail caused severe flooding on Friday in San Antonio de la Cal, Brenamiel, Pueblo Nuevo, and several other places in the Central Valleys of Oaxaca, Mexico.
