The Patriot Act 2.0, but on Steroids

TikTok is stealing all of our data and giving it to the CCP, so we need the Restrict Act which will...not actually do anything to stop anyone from stealing our data, or ban TikTok...but it will give our government unchecked power to control what and how we use on the internet! So...win? Wait...who's the actual bad guy here...
