Why did I post this fail video?

#1 I'm not perfect and fail often at these upper rounds, I just don't usually show it.

#2 I wanted to show that even with luck modifiers bringing the chance to interrupt close to perfect, occasionally interrupt still fails.

How to avoid it - it's best to leave room for the push mechanic to push the walker away just in case interrupt fails. In this situation, I couldn't do that because of the possibility the second walker chose to attack Tyreese instead of Daryl. So I rolled the dice and interrupt failed.
