11 day dry fast livestream

Official start at 6:30PM EST Friday, April 14th. Before this, I had blood levels and other markers taken by a research team and under a doctor's supervision. April 12-13-14 was a juice fast. Following the Wolfe fast speed run juice prep protocol on dryfastingclub.com. Q&A will be at 12 noon and 9pm EST for 1 hour each. I may jump on to talk in between those times as well. Otherwise, I will keep myself busy, working, reading, etc. Medically supervised dry fast. Do not try this at home without consulting a medical professional. I have done this before, including under doctor supervision. The livestream is simply there to answers questions and keep me motivated to continue. I will answer questions at noon and at 9PM EST
