There is something interesting in the Moscovite swamps: your phone is now your leash. Digital handcuffs have been applied for the first time in the world to ordinary young Russian men.

✅Electronic summonses to the Military Committee (in other words, the draft) will duplicate traditional ones and have equal legal force.

✅The following measures will be introduced for evaders:
- ban on departure from Russia;
- prohibition to drive a vehicle;
- ban on concluding real estate transactions;
- ban on IP registration;
- prohibition to take a loan.
