This young lady has a pretty firm grasp of anatomy for such a young age. In this she points out a pretty significant truth. No matter how much of a facade you put on top of your appearance, there are fundamental differences between the sexes that surgery will never change. Your pelvis bone is either male or female. It has an incredibly important job in protecting your reproductive organs. This is especially true in females since the reproductive organs of males are external. In an anthropological dig, if you find skeletal remains of humans from centuries ago, a scientist can easily identify the bones as either male or female. Where we are at in society today is like saying we can't be sure how these ancient people identified so we cannot label those bones as male or female. This is not meant to malign anyone with a gender dysphoria. I believe these people should be given help.
