Typically, Green Charter Township is a peaceful community where people get along.
That calm, however, has suddenly changed due to plans to bring a Chinese-owned enterprise to the region. At a recent board meeting, one man exclaimed, "China is our number one enemy!" "You don't really care, do you?"
