The Half Slide Position- Rowing Technique

The "Half Slide” position is number one check in of the rowing stroke. Meaning, at half slide you should have your full body angle, max upper body length, and focus on controlling the slide as you glide up to the front end.
Remember these three things to focus on...
1) Heels still on the foot board with shins at 45 degrees
2) Chest up and full body angle
3) Control on the slide as you roll up to the front end
