Retiree group helps Keep Bakersfield Beautiful one scrap at a time

A group of retired people in the community comes out every week to try and keep Bakersfield beautiful. They say every week they know they’re making a difference piece by piece. 23ABC's Brianna Willis went out with them to see how they're helping the city.
