EASY rockhounding tool made to find more AGATES | Lake Superior Rocks

In this video I take an old bucket, some plexiglass, and some silicone to make a "view tube" to use while rockhounding in water! Whether it's at the lake or in a river, this helps calms the waters and makes it easier to see what minerals may be hiding!

Our first use of our new rockhounding tool is at a Lake Superior beach and we find a bunch of great rocks! Some Lake Superior agates, red oolitic jasper, and porphyry. It was a shorter hunt but we will be getting out a lot and this will be a part of my rockhounding bag from now on. It's small enough to fit in my backpack easily and I believe will help us find some phenomenal agates this summer!
