U-Turn on a 70mph Road Pulling A Trailer. No Problem!

Speed limit is 70mph here. This guy goes to make a u-turn in front of me while pulling a trailer without a care in the world. There was no one behind me, but waiting 10 seconds was too much to ask I suppose.
