David’s Bridal to layoff over 80% of employees

A notice filed to the Pennsylvania Department of Labor states David’s Bridal, America’s largest bridal-store chain, will lay off over 9,000 employees across the country. According to the Wall Street Journal, the wedding retailer operates 300 stores and employs over 11,000 workers. The company has not announced when these layoffs will begin.
