April 13. After exiting building, 151 pm, multiple stalkers and spy vehicles, especially at Avenue C, including the spy vehicle U-turn, not in the video: CIA NYPD 7777 at 13th St and Third Avenue, CIA NYPD 7449, at 23rd St and 5th Avenue, CIA NYPD 7639 at 29th St and Broadway. Ole & Steen, 311 pm, 873 Broadway, a number of stalkers followed me, but nothing obvious enough in my view to upload a video about this place, perhaps the store’s surveillance can show more, but I’d not bother though, nothing very relevant happened here, just the usual. On many occasions when I go out, I see vehicles with their headlights on, no matter time and weather. I assume this is a way to tell me, we are here, also, a way to quickly recognize each other without using communication devices. This harassment is also employed in the street where I live, where parked vehicles near/next to my apartment remain with their headlights, blinking lights or parking lights on, sometimes for very extended periods, an entire night, as another form of harassment the CIA/FBI, aka Narco-Nazis, use in the stalking of my persona.
