Brandon Dolezal, Former Nebraska State Trooper Sentenced to Prison

Monday in Scotts Bluff County Court, former state trooper Brandon Dolezal was sentenced by Judge Travis P. O’Gorman on two counts of attempted enticement and four counts of child pornography. He was sentenced to 10-12 years on each count of enticement and 5-8 years on each count of child pornography. His total sentence of 40-56 years incarceration will be served consecutively to the sentence of 20-40 years incarceration he received in Sarpy County for similar conduct. The Gering Police Department conducted the investigation with the assistance of the Attorney General’s Office. The Scotts Bluff County case was prosecuted by the Attorney General’s Office.
