This week’s health drink. Green smoothie recipe 29 from my Green Smoothie Lifestyle Manual.

Green Smoothie Recipe 29

Ingredients
1 Cup each of the following:
Pineapple,
Lettuce,
Kale,
Celery,
Cucumber,
Carrots,
Green Peppers,
Sweet Potato,
Green Apples,
Spinach,
Extra Ingredients I add to my smoothies:
2 drops each of the following:
Lugols iodine,
Mullein Leaf,
Thyme,
Oregano Oil,
3% Hydrogen Peroxide food grade,
Black Seed Oil,
Mix all ingredients in a blender with filtered water.
Serve cold
