Sen. Rubio: Dems Refused To Address Budget

On "The Laura Ingraham Show," Senator Marco Rubio noted that for years Democrats have skirted addressing our budget crisis. Rather than pass a budget at all last year, they simply passed another Continuing Resolution, effectively allowing them to continue their irresponsible spending practices.
