April 13, 2023: Massive migraines, and exhaustion yesterday

Yesterday was a day to recover. Not gonna lie. It was very difficult to concentrate with a very bad migraine. Yet, I understand why the migraine is happening. And I am focused on addressing it, and eliminating it from who I am.

I’m now down to 451.6 and things are looking very good. Regardless of the migraines, I’m feeling very good and I’m focused on the future.

I am still planning on going to Chicago next week and to finally say goodbye to the town that I loved so much.
