You can't move away from Washington State w/ an "assault weapon"? Where is that in law?

In my constant battle to correct myths and misinformation in the firearms world I have been presented with another bold claim that I cannot find any reference or citation too. I am asking you to help me if you are aware of it so I can do the research. Somebody in my last video claimed that the new Washington gun ban says you are not allowed to leave the state or move away with your weapon and if you do they will extradite you back to the state and charge you with a crime. This is a bold statement and would be unprecedented and thus I need to find a reference or citation to it or I'm going to make a video calling people out for more fear mongering and misinformation.
