Making a Kydex Holster for a Ruger SP101

This was my second attempt at holster making. My first holster was for my cell phone. It wasn't pretty but it is functional. Video is here:

I had a problem with a gap between the holster body and the belt clip. I should have place a block under the Kydex to create a platform for the belt clip to rest upon. I did not forsee it. I was able to heat the belt clip and bend it, however the plastic for the clip is not Kydex and I'm not sure if the heat might have damaged it. I'll have to give it many holster and re-holster cycles to make sure it doesn't break.
