#tomato topped rice🍅

▶️ Ingredients (for 2 servings)
5-6 small tomatoes, 3 chives (half root of green onion), 3-4 eggs

▶️ Recipe (measuring rice spoon)
1️⃣Put the tomatoes in a sheath and blanch the tomatoes in boiling water for about 30 seconds to 1 minute, then peel and slice them.
2️⃣Slightly undercook scrambled eggs
3️⃣In a frying pan, add 2 medium-high cooking oil, chives, and half a spoonful of minced garlic and stir-fry.
4️⃣Add tomatoes and tomato pasta sauce 3 and stir-fry
5️⃣Add half a spoonful of sugar, 2 chicken stock, 1 ketchup, and a little (adjust) water and boil.
6️⃣Scramble, add a little pepper and it's done when it thickens slightly

▶️If you don't have chicken stock or it's bland, season it with oyster sauce.
▶️If the tomatoes are very ripe and have a lot of moisture when stir-frying, you don't need to add water.
