Zach gallon on the bump and Manny up
with two outs in the first that's a
fastball way away and Manny doesn't
leave the box he stays in woman behind
him washing her hands cleaning up
everybody just getting settled in the
Sun for the first inning five seconds on
0:17
the clock another fast ball away so
0:20
gallon's got to change it up man is
0:22
stepping in we're at five seconds four
seconds three seconds the 2-0 pitch is
fastball man he doesn't like the call
but that's a nice pitch he had it right
where he wanted it two in one now get
back in the count three fastballs in a
row you gotta mix it up let's see what
he does
nope fastball again missed his spot like
the first two so now he's 3-1 man he's
excited this is a fastball count but
you've thrown four fastballs in a row
Manny's ready the pitch clock's that one
curveball that's a really nice breaker
in a fastball count that plays off the
fastball really well look at that and
Manny was swinging big after that pitch
Manny doesn't step out he stays in the
Box the timer's going the catcher's
giving the sign the pitcher's ready uh
the pitcher is ready the umpire's ready
11 seconds and Manny you can see he's
got no intention of not calling time out
and getting set now this is just a
misunderstanding of the rules the rule
states that he has to be set and ready
to hit
prior to the Eight Second Mark by eight
seconds Manny thinks that he can call
timeout during the Eight Second Mark so
he's just standing there and he does get
one time out prior and you can see him
just chilling looking at the clock eight
seconds so now he's late but he thinks
he has until it hits seven so he calls
times like he's watching the clock at
eight seconds the Umpire has a bracelet
that buzzes as soon as it clicks to
eight so he feels it Buzz right here
looks up and starts his motion to say
nope you weren't ready to move the game
