Thief steals senior Chula Vista man's power wheelchair

A senior citizen from Chula Vista, who is disabled, lost his means of independence when a thief stole his power wheelchair. Pat Kauwoh was able to go to North County and downtown before his wheelchair was taken, but without the electric power, he needs to be pushed around to go anywhere.
