WEF plans to be implemented in Scotland: 20-minute cities and the era of private car use is over

The Scottish government plans to drastically reduce car traffic. In addition, cities should be divided into so-called 20-minute districts. Everything should be accessible on foot or by bicycle.

The number of parking spaces for cars will be reduced, while more space will be made for bike paths and public transport. The Scottish Minister for Net Zero, Energy and Transport, Michael Matheson, recently unveiled the government's plans, drawing much criticism.
