On the sidelines of the International IT Forum 'Russia-Africa', RT talked to Kheswar Jankee, the Mauritian Ambassador to Russia. He highlighted the important role Russia plays in helping Africa become a more digitalized continent. 'This is going to be a win-win situation', he said.
