The International IT Forum Russia-Africa has kicked off in Moscow ahead of the Second Russia-Africa Summit, which is planned to be held in St Petersburg in July 2023.
RT spoke to Solomon Soka, director general of the Information Network Security Agency of Ethiopia. He noted that the Russian digital technologies are one of the best options for developing countries.
