This was a job I did recently for a customer that i've carried out various exterior cleaning jobs for over the last 9 years. I pressure washed most of the paving with an 18" Whirlaway flat surface cleaner, ising cold water, then cleaned the edges using a turbo nozzle. The slabs were effected by black spot, mainly around the edges of each slab. So I soft washed the paving, by brush to agitate the surface, with diluted sodium hypochlorite with added surfactant to create the foam.
I pressure washed the table on low pressure to remove any dirt, then applied sodium hypochlorite, multiple times (probably 6 or 7) to remove the stubborn black spot that was effecting the tiles.
Our customer was over the moon with the results, and the comment I put in the thumbnail was genuinely what she said after seeing her patio after I had finished.
