⭐⭐ Welcome to another day of our Summertime Yoga series! Today's practice will focus on stretching and releasing tension in the lower body, while also incorporating some upper body stretches to bring balance to the whole body.
We will start with some gentle warm-up movements to get the blood flowing and then move into poses such as forward folds, seated stretches, and hip openers to target the legs and hips. These poses will help increase flexibility and release tension in the lower body.
To balance the lower body stretches, we will also incorporate some upper body stretches such as shoulder stretches and chest openers. These poses will help improve posture and alleviate any tension in the upper back and shoulders.
Throughout the practice, we will focus on deepening the breath and finding a sense of ease in the body. This practice will leave you feeling relaxed, refreshed, and ready to take on the day ahead.
