花園採用現代主義建築風格，有水池、小型劇場、小食亭和涼亭，有可往返地面的升降機／扶手電梯。

TST East Waterfront Podium Garden is open 24 hours and opened in August 2007. It used to be called Wing On Plaza Garden.
