Should Governor Abbott Pardon Sgt. Perry (wrongful conviction)?

Governor Abbott has said that Daniel Perry should never have been tried and that the Texas Stand Your Ground Law is a complete defense in his case. He has said he will pardon Perry once the Board of Pardons sends its recommendation. I discuss my thoughts on this.
