The price to live in paradise remains high as inventory is still low

Home prices remain high as more people want to call the Tampa Bay region home. Inventory is tight and interest rates still feel pretty high, which is creating a lot of frustration for people trying to buy a home. “What we're seeing now is anything that's priced right and good condition has two or three, four offers, and 25% of the inventory is being gobbled up in the first 14 days of going on the market," Joseph Kipping with the Tampa Bay Home Team said.
