Bronx apartment tenants threaten rent strike after 8 years without cooking gas

People living in a Bronx building say they haven't had gas for cooking in eight years. Tenants also say they're fed up waiting for repairs. CBS2's Naveen Dhaliwal reports they're now threatening to stop paying rent.
