Paul Carver is an #Arizona #First candidate who believes in protecting the "Parents Bill of Rights" and want to encourage parental involvement in their children's education and plans to work towards eradicating CRT, SEL and Bloom 365 curriculum in the Deer Valley School District.

Paul has lived in the valley of the sun for 42 years and a graduate of Deer Valley High School. He lives with his wife and is a Father to four boys and four girls. Paul believes and I agree, that children have a finite amount of time on this Earth to be children. Their innocence must be preserved as long as possible so that they may see the world for what it can be.
As their guides along the path of life it is incumbent upon us to coach and teach, be involved in their evolution to give them a solid foundation of what is good and pure.
Paul’s view on our youth is what prompts him to be active in their lives as a Little League Coach, Scout Master and Youth Leader for the benefit of his children and those who are there with them. " I am proud to say I have been called Dad or Pops by more children that I can count.”

Paul Carver has experienced extreme adversity and has overcome one of life's toughest challenges. At the age of 26, he was told that a tumor would reduce his life expectancy. Doctors said that if he survived the surgery he would have to convalesce for 6 months. He gain over 70 pounds and was told likely would never have more biological children.
Paul shared with me it was a moment in his life when he could have easily called it quits and that he was at a point in his life where "darkness was all around, with no purpose.”
It was in that moment Paul realized there is not a single pointless or wasted life on this earth unless we choose to make it that way. Upon this revelation, this revitalization, he did what needed to be done and got busy with the business of life.

Raised to believe that "we have the God-given ability and right to create the lives for ourselves and loved ones that we desire." He followed in his Father’s footsteps and joined the United States Marine Corps and he values this time of his life. Being raised in Arizona Paul also realized that desire wasn’t enough, to be faced with challenges and adversity was the price to pay for the reward. "The greater the challenge, the greater the reward.”
