Legacy Minerals’ Bauloora gold project attracts major miner Newmont’s attention

Legacy Minerals (ASX: LGM) managing director Christopher Byrne joins Small Caps to discuss Newmont’s recent agreement to farm into its Bauloora gold project in New South Wales.

Under the deal, Newmont can earn up to 80% of the project by spending $15 million on exploration over two stages.

Mr Byrne said securing the world’s largest gold mining company as a long-term partner for Bauloora was of huge significance.
