Japan sounds warning siren after North Korea fires missile

Japanese authorities issued an emergency evacuation warning to residents of the northern island of Hokkaido following a North Korean missile launch on Thursday (April 13) morning. Japanese authorities later retracted the alert for Hokkaido island when they determined that the missile would not fall nearby.
